**SUMMER JOB: Telemarketing Agent - Spanish Speaker**

**OFFICE BASED - BRIGHTON**

**Are you looking for a summer job?**

Come and join us in our fun, friendly team environment. We are based in the centre of Brighton by the seafront in a beautiful regency building.
In this role, you will be making quick calls to check product availability for various businesses across the US. Experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided.

**Salary**: £12 per hour.

Start Date: Monday, 3rd June 2024

**Shift Pattern**:

- 5pm - 11pm Monday to Friday
- Potential for shift adjustments based on quotas
- Opportunity for 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Mon-Fri shift once quotas are met until end of August (in office)
- Potential for extra hours on weekends

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make quick calls to businesses in the US to check payment options/trends.
- Record and maintain accurate records of call outcomes.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and quotas as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Target-focused and motivated to achieve set goals
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish (mandatory)
