Yard Supervisor

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the yard, ensuring efficient and safe workflow
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of yard personnel, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and repair
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the yard operations

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Proven track record in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce
- Excellent understanding of business processes related to yard operations
