Established in 2011, Vida Education are a family run education recruitment agency with offices in Lancashire & Cumbria. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and motivated individual to join our successful team as a recruitment resourcer.

**THE ROLE**

The job is a faced paced one, every day is different and you will be supported every step of the way.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**
- Advertising roles on our network of job boards and social media sites.

**YOU WILL NEED**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you will need to comfortable speaking to people, in this role you will be speaking to a lot of them
- Sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Self-motivation, organisation and confidence
- Time management and organisational skills - this is a fast paced environment
- Minimum of 12 months recruitment experience is desirable
- To be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and the company CRM system

**YOU WILL RECEIVE**
