Commercial and Domestic Plumber

**Commercial and domestic plumber KENT based**

DMS Property Maintenance are passionate about both our customers and employees and are looking to add to their close working team.

Due to the increasing workload, we are seeking a commercial and domestic plumber to work throughout Kent working on various client contracts ranging from large commercial buildings to domestic dwellings.
- At least 5 years of experience within commercial and domestic plumbing
- qualifications relevant for the works / your trade
- The ability to work to deadlines, and demonstrate a professional manner in working with the public.

IT Skills required are:
For Employed:

- You must have a full clean driving license, position based throughout Kent.

The rate of pay will be dependant on experience £19.00 - £22 per hour with pay review after a trial period and pension.

Van, phone, fuel card also provided with the option of price work to increase earnings.

For Self Employed:

- £20-25 per hour and price work options
