Restaurant Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food production processes and health code regulations.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus.

Ability to Commute:
