**Position Overview**:
As a Stores Assistant at Robertson Geologging Ltd., you will play a crucial role in our operations, supporting the production and sales teams by managing the storage, distribution, and organisation of our products and materials. You will be responsible for ensuring that our processes adhere to ISO standards and maintain a high level of health and safety in the workplace.

5 years background referencing and Criminal Records Check is required for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production and Sales Order Kitting: Prepare materials and components required for production and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Goods Receipt: Receive incoming shipments, inspect and verify the contents, and update inventory records.
- Packing: Efficiently and securely pack products for shipping to customers, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition.
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Adherence to ISO Standards: Ensure that all activities in the stores are compliant with ISO quality standards.
- Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following and enforcing health and safety guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain records related to stock levels, receipts, and shipments.
- Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment of orders.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues related to inventory, orders, or shipping in a timely and efficient manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in stores, warehousing, or inventory management is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and health and safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items.

**Salary**: £20,319.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Deganwy: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
