Hours: Full Time (9.00 to 17.30)

Based: Hastings

Experience: Three years minimum in similar role

**The role**:
This is a senior position in our small Marketing team, where you will work individually and collaboratively to successfully drive leads to grow the business. You will oversee our PPC and content marketing activity, with an emphasis on lead generation and lower funnel tactics. You’ll be an expert in Meta and Google products including Ads, Tag Manager and Analytics with an up to date understanding of SEO practices. Experience in B2B online marketing a bonus. Most importantly, you’ll have an enthusiastic approach to marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit.

**Daily responsibilities**:

- Strategise and manage Meta and Google Ads for UTP Group and its products
- Strategise and manage LinkedIn growth activity
- Contribute to Mailchimp strategy
- Contribute to content ideation - we encourage creative thinking
- Research and analysis to inform decision making
- Reporting on performance and activity
- Working collaboratively and confidently to deliver ad hoc tasks

**Skills/attributes**:

- Up-to-date understanding of marketing trends
- Knowledge of customer journeys and funnel optimisation
- Working knowledge of website CMS and CRMs
- Confident in problem-solving and decision making
- Strong initiative and drive to deliver results
- Adaptable and versatile approach to a fast-paced environment
