We're looking for a Senior Security Specialist to join our growing team as LBG transforms into a leading digital organisation. You'll help shape and influence the Cyber security technology direction and identify change initiatives that deliver on Cyber Security Strategies.

The role sits within Cyber Tooling Strategy and Direction team, the core responsibilities are Engaging with key stakeholders, articulating technology direction, understanding challenges, identifying and leveraging opportunities to realise the Technology Roadmaps, managing technical vendor relationships and influencing vendor Technology roadmap alignment.

**A little about our Cyber Security team here at Lloyds**:
We're looking for a Senior Security Specialist to join our growing team as LBG transforms into a leading digital organisation. You'll help shape and influence the Cyber security technology direction and identify change initiatives that deliver on Cyber Security Strategies.

The role sits within the Cyber Tooling & Assurance Team, the core responsibilities are Engaging with key team members, articulating technology direction, understanding challenges, identifying and leveraging opportunities to realise the Technology Roadmaps, leading technical vendor relationships and influencing vendor Technology roadmap alignment.

It is a dynamic and constantly evolving world where your knowledge and efforts can deliver tangible results to the safety of a huge company and over 30m customers.

**The day to day**:

- A strong understanding of the security tool landscape, how we use those tools and their lifecycle within the enterprise
- Working with Security Strategy SMEs to ensure timely production and renewal of Cyber Security Technology Roadmaps
- Establishing relationships with internal customers, maintaining a consensus view of Cyber technology direction
- Identifying and drive opportunities to help build change initiatives that deliver on Cyber Security Strategies
- Unblocking challenges to the production, maintenance & content of the Cyber Security Technology Roadmaps
- Providing cost challenge to IT Cyber activities
- Leading technical vendor relationships and influencing vendor Technology roadmap alignment
- Establishing links with vendors to drive the closure of product capability gaps
- Establishing and leading collaboration environments for new and existing engagements both internal and external.

**A little about you**:

- You'll possess an eagerness for staying on top of industry trends / initiatives and articulating what those changes mean to the wider Cyber Security team and community.
- You'll need a broad understanding across all Cyber Security Domains and technical proficiency in at least one domain.
- Additionally you'll have the ability to build & manage relationships within the team and across other Group IT Directorates and will have the confidence, with the support of your team, to challenge designs or processes.
