**Order Picker & Packer**
As a result of rapid growth within the company we require an Order Picker to work within our Sales Dispatch team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for picking and packing sales orders from picking lists and dispatching them via various shipping methods
**Responsibilities**
- Picking and Packing of sales orders in our packing room and warehouse
- Ensuring goods are packaged accurately and securely.
- Maintaining a clean and safe packing room environment.
- Dispatching orders using various shipping methods
**Key Skills**
- Ability to pick orders quickly with a very high degree of accuracy
- Basic written English & Maths
- Knowledge of Sage 50 would be beneficial but not essential
- Basic computer skills would be very beneficial.
- Knowledge of the royal mail booking out process would be beneficial but not essential
**Hours of Work**
- The position is offered with a 40 hour per week zero hour contract
- A full time contract will be offered after 6 months of service.
- The role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the business
- The hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm. Weekend and Bank Holiday overtime is occasionally available.
