IAM Specialist
Lancashire (Hybrid)

Brand new, first dedicated IAM Specialist role for a global business who have recently built out their Cyber Security function from the ground up. As the IAM Specialist you will use a variety of tools including Azure AD, SailPoint, Okta and Workday as the company’slead for Identity and Access Management, and Product Manager for related toolsets. Although the focus is on IAM, knowledge and experience of modern IT systems, networking and infrastructure is advantageous to assist with the development and continuous improvementof the businesses security platforms.
The IAM Specialist will be responsible for:

- Overall strategy and long-term ambitions for identity Access Management
- Oversee the delivery, continuous development, and enhancement of the IAM platforms.
- Conduct investigations into operational problems and propose improvements.
- Manage Identity Risks, propose mitigations and develop solutions.
- Work with security leadership to identify critical identity and access management weaknesses and assess the effectiveness of existing controls.

The successful IAM Specialist will have:

- Experience of managing an Identify and Access Management capability, including Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) in an enterprise environment and experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience using and managing IAM tools including Active Directory, Okta, and SailPoint.
- Experience of developing and implementing strategies and roadmaps for IAM.
- Completion of a recognised Information Security certification, such as CISSP or CISM is desirable
