- Be responsible for key children, monitoring and tracking their progress on a regular basis
- Implement the EYFS curriculum into all daily activities
- Provide engaging and interactive activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in internal meetings, parents' evenings and staff training events
- Support, mentor and supervise their staff team
