Product Information Executive

Would you like to be part of a fast-paced, leading global pharmaceutical company, supporting the procurement team, making a positive difference to peoples’ lives through supply of life-saving medicines ?

Working within this family-run, dynamic, long-established and respected company, you will need to have excellent data entry skills have a high standard of attention to detail whilst sometimes working under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

As part of a dedicated and successful procurement team who will offer you coaching and support in order to assist you with your development goals. The procurement team source and supply medicines for both human and veterinary clients who include governmentministries, hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains, health professionals and wholesalers.

Duties
- Maintain Excel product lists and upload data files into our ERP system
- Inputting into our ERP system details of product shortages / products returning to the market
- Circulating stock report of products
- Editing Customer / Supplier Masterfile in our ERP system as required
- Follow internal processes and recommend improvements to generate

Skills required
- Experience of working with medicinal product specifications
- Highly IT literate (Including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to prioritise with ability to maintain accuracy whilst delivering speed and efficiency
- Able to multi-task effectively in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment
- Commercially driven
- Team player - ability to work well with Procurement & Sales teams and other internal stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
