Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for fixing things, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Install and repair fixtures, equipment, and appliances
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for performing manual labor
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients

**Skills**:

- Carpentry skills
- Plumbing knowledge
- Electrical repair experience
- Painting skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Able to carry out PAT Testing of electrical appliances.
