The team here at Ty UK Ltd are looking for a Full-Time **Account Coordinator **to assist our friendly Office Sales team in looking after our new and existing customers and all the paperwork that comes with them
The most important characteristic of our Account Coordinators is that we love to help others. We always want to go the extra mile to do a favour for a fellow team member or assist in resolving any customer queries. **A typical day in the life of a Account Coordinator might include**:
- Importing orders onto our system, editing and preparing orders for processing
- Organising deliveries via courier and pallet network
- Preparing and monitoring back orders and forecasts
- Liaising with our finance team regarding customers' account status
- Speaking to our Customers to take orders and answer any queries they may have
- Arranging stock returns
