**Marketing Assistant**

**We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Working across both our Marketing and Sales functions, this role will see you maintaining multiple marketing channels, as well as owning the expansion of our sales database.**

**About the role**:
Reporting into our Senior Marketing Manager, you will maintain key marketing channels that are core to our commercial activity and success. From website monitoring, SEO management, and owning Google Ads campaigns, you will have the opportunity to execute and optimise marketing campaigns.

If the idea of getting exposure into sales operations also excites you, then this is the role for you Our internal database is vital to our high-performing Sales team, so you will ensure that this is maintained and populated with new accounts for our team to prospect, and ensure that all inbound leads (as a result of your amazing marketing activity) are assigned and acted on.

This role is based in our Berkshire head office - a two-minute walk from Thatcham train station with free onsite parking and easy access to many nearby towns and cities.

**What you’ll be doing**:
No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:

- Monitoring and owning the Support Revolution website, including escalating and/or fixing issues that are flagged by our web crawler (Moz Pro)
- Enhancing the website via the use of Wordpress
- Optimising Google Ads and SEO campaigns, and ensuring that any enhancements are made
- Regular reporting on Google Ads and Google Analytics activity and insights
- Managing advert performance, and checking that set advertising budgets are being adhered to
- Running, analysing, and reporting on marketing and sales-based report and analytics
- Maintaining and expanding our internal database (Salesforce) by adding new accounts found via LinkedIn scraping
- Being the first point of contact for any inbound leads, and assigning these to the Sales team; this includes managing our internal leads inbox and reporting back to marketing on inbound lead activity

**What we’re looking for**:
To be successful in this position, experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads is essential, as you will be taking ownership of multiple campaigns across these platforms. Training and guidance will be provided on all systems and processes, but we would love it if you came onboard with:

- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- SEO and keyword experience is desired, but not essential
- Experience using a website CMS would be advantageous, but you will also get trained fully on this
- A desire to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
- A willingness and learn new systems, processes, and marketing techniques
