**Are you a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for temporary work in the Bristol area?**

We are currently seeking Band 5 RMNs to join our team at North Bristol NHS Trust on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading healthcare environment while enjoying the flexibility of temporary work.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. This will include assessing their needs, developing care plans, administering medication, and working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

In this temporary role, you will have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, providing you with the flexibility to fit work around your personal commitments. The shifts for this particular role will run from 07:00 to 19:30, offering a competitive payment rate of £425 per shift.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assessing and monitoring patients' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering medication and treatments
- Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A valid NMC registration as an RMN
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
