We Are looking for an enthusiastic and lively Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our friendly team at Twinlakes Park. This is an amazing opportunity to join our busy and expanding team, you will work closely with the office manager, park manager and director. You will help the theme park team, booking office including phone lines, entrance gates and also in our retail outlets inside the theme park.

Duties include:

- Overseeing our accounts department including handling cash and balancing reports.
- Various admin tasks including group bookings, preparation including financial records.
- Supporting the park with admitting guests and working in our retail outlets.
- Passion and drive for excellent customer service.
- Enjoy working with numbers and meticulously balancing reports.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Work independently and part of a team.

This is a full time position covering 5 days per week (Tuesday-Saturday would be the shift pattern however flexibility is required for your weekend day). Starting time will be 08:00 am daily and will be required to work one weekend day (Saturday or occasional Sunday), however flexibility is required and extra hours/days will be required during peak times. Hourly rate to be discussed at interview stage, this position is paid hourly not salaried therefore you receive payment for all your working hours.
