**Job Summary**:
As a Service Valetor based at our state-of-the-art Stellantis Aftersales Operation in Durham, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient cleaning and preparation of customer and company vehicles to the highest standards. Working within a highly effective team, you will uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences by presenting vehicles in pristine condition and identifying any faults before delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the highest standard of care and presentation for all vehicles, adhering to company and brand standards.
- Valet customer and company vehicles according to specified standards, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
- Conduct initial inspections of vehicles upon delivery, reporting any defects to management promptly.
- Ensure timely and courteous fulfilment of customer transport options, including vehicle collection and delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience in vehicle valeting or detailing preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license with a clean record.
