**Here at N Brown, we are looking for a Retoucher to join our Studio Services team**

You will be working within a highly motivated team who work collaboratively to provide the best customer experience via our online imagery. You will be responsible for providing high quality retouch to the still life and model ecom images that are produced in our in-house photography studios. In addition, you will support the Creative Retoucher on creative overflow assets shot by our in-house Creative team - comprising of location and studio shoots that form part of our marketing and campaign strategies. As part of the Retouch team you will work to SOPs for ecom, and will use your skill to follow direction and quality thresholds on the Creative shoots - both of which are critical for our customer facing communications.

**Your role as a Retoucher**:
**Ecom Retouch**:

- Working within Photoshop, evaluate all the images, ensuring that each asset meets or exceeds the agreed standards.
- Retouching ecom images (still life and model) across all N Brown brands to a high standard for the website, ensuring consistency across all.
- Responsible for any colour matching to physical garments that is required.
- Working on multiple systems, downloading, and uploading assets.
- Responsible for the fast processing & approval of assets and updating the production status plan.
- Working independently to SOPs and allocated workflow.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly change priorities.
- Where required, liaise with the Studio and Buying to understand the exact retouch requirements.
- Develop & knowledge share with the team, to install production best practice, communication, and decision-making excellence for long term efficiencies.
- Assist and support team members and provide development and training to more junior members.
- Maintain an interest in the industry and fashion

**Overflow Creative Retouching Support**:

- Supporting the Creative Retoucher to a high standard on overflow work for Creative campaign and marketing shoots, both on location and in studio
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly change priorities and work to very tight deadlines.
- Where required, liaise with the Creative and/or Brand teams to understand the exact retouch requirements and garner feedback.
- Assist and support team members, and provide development and training to Junior Retouchers.
- Develop & knowledge share with the team, to install production best practice, communication, and decision-making excellence for long term efficiencies.

**What experience are we looking for?**
- Highly skilled and experienced in Photoshop & digital retail production knowledge.
- Strong, proven experience (portfolio) in ecom in-house studio retouch, and in Creative campaign and marketing shoot retouch (studio, location etc)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent people engagement skills.
- Pro-active, positive & flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude, able to motivate colleagues to achieve excellence.
- Supports the development of others by sharing experience and expertise.
- An open-minded, flexible and positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to implement new technologies and business change.
- An excellent working knowledge of retail asset production and Microsoft Office.
