Trade Counter Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
Serving customers on the Trade Counter - finding out their needs, up and/or selling products.

Telephone based sales - 25%

Counter based sales
- 75%

Delivery driving on occasion when required

You will assist customers and build sales carrying out duties effectively

You will represent the Trade Counter and assist unloading deliveries

You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with as well as adhering to company Health and Safety requirements

You will ensure that the stock and stores area are well organised and keep track of stocks

You will ensure cleanliness of the areas (Kitchen etc)

Skills & Experience needed?

Good Plumbing & Heating Product knowledge Required (Experience of 2-5 Years)

Manage, meet and exceed customer expectations

The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers

Have managed or worked on the trade counter before

Good telephone manner

Friendly, articulate, customer focused
