**The Role**:
A very rare opportunity to join an extremely stable, well-run organisation, as they look to grow their Human Resources function. They are leaders in their field, and form part of a larger group of companies, that operate across the globe. As the HR Advisor,you will be responsible for these key areas:
**Employee Relations** - You will be responsible for provide expert coaching and advice to managers on HR matters, as well as supporting line managers with disciplinary, grievance & absence management cases. The role requires someone who isable to work collaboratively with employees, stakeholders and OH, promoting and maintaining the health and wellbeing of employees.

**Recruitment**:

- The role also requires you to take the lead in recruitment activities supporting the various functions/levels. Additionally, you will be required to develop effective relationships with recruitment agencies where required.

**Policy Development and Implementation** - You will also play an active role in researching, consulting and implementing new/ updated HR policies/strategies, helping shape the future of the organisation.

**HRIS & Administration -**Supporting managers with the effective use of their HRIS (Dayforce) and the subsequent reporting, including monthly headcount and forecasting data. Responsible for allocating tasks to the HR Assistant, ensuring thatall administration is carried out in an efficient and compliant manner. Ensuring contractual terms and conditions are in line with current legislation and job descriptions updated as necessary.

**Learning and Development/Apprenticeships -**Supporting managers in identifying training and development requirements. Providing training/coaching for managers on HR related topics. Support the company’s Apprenticeship programme, working closelywith each function to ensure the apprentices are developing their skills and experience in line with the apprenticeship standard.

**Your profile**

CIPD Level 5 qualified (ideally) or studying towards gaining the qualification

HR Systems Experience

ER & Recruitment Experience

Eye for detail

Emotionally Intelligent

Excellent communication skills
