Join our dynamic team and help shape the future at the #1 After School Programme and Hoilday Camp, Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children aged 5-12 and not just babysitting? If so, we want you to be a part of our team

This post is available immediately from 2.45pm to 6.15pm, Monday to Friday during term time, and full days in our Holiday Clubs where we deliver fun and exciting activities for children aged 5 to 12 years old on Monday to Friday 8.00am - 1:30pm or 1:30pm - 6.30pm.
- Support the club Manager in all tasks
- Direct a team of highly skilled playworkers and sports coaches
- Be committed and enthusiastic with a passion for childcare
- Be reliable and punctual and work as part of a team
- Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe, stimulating environment.
- Plan, set up and lead a variety of engaging activities including sports and art and crafts
- Ensure the safe transportation of children from school to the studio.
- Engage with children between the ages of 5-12 years’ old
- Ensure the effective operation of the club as set out in our policies and procedures
- Post picture's and video's on social media: Facebook and Instagram daily

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or sport coaching setting
- Knowledge of first aid practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience and empathy when working with students who may have different learning styles or challenges
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about changing kids life and have the ability to inspire and motivate students. If you have experience working with children and possess the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

A current DBS or new DBS will be required.

We prioritize the growth and development of our team members. Each January, we select a few dedicated teammates to join us in Florida, where they have the opportunity to connect with 300 successful after school and holiday camp business owners and teams. This event not only provides valuable insights on how to improve and excel but also features renowned speakers who offer guidance for personal growth. By working hard and joining our team, individuals can expect to receive mentorship, support, and opportunities for self-improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
