**Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa**

A great opportunity has emerged at the hotel for a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor. With the hotel recently undergone a state of the art refurbishment we are now building a strong & passionate team.
- **As a Maintenance Supervisor you will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience in line with our core values**:_
- Work on your own initiative to ensure that the hotel is always operating at the highest standards
- Managing all proactive and reactive maintenance, external contractors and hotels teams in line with the departmental budget
- Ensure the hotel is compliant with legal standards for fire, health and safety and cleanliness
- Support HOD’s to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health safety standards within the hotel.
- **To be successful in this role you will have**:_
- Experience working within a similar role in a hotel
- Experience in one or more building trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/ decorating or general building maintenance
- Basic knowledge of gardening preferred but not required
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across of levels
