Role

Collen Bros (Quarries) Ltd currently have a vacancy for a General Labourer for their asphalt surfacing operations. Reporting directly to the Surfacing Foreman, you will be part of a machine laying squad working on a range of different schemes within the public and private sectors. Site work on certain contracts will include hand laying duties.

**Main Duties**

To assist with associated preparation work and the laying of Blacktop surfacing materials
- Experience in working as part of an Blacktop surfacing squad
- Experience working in the construction or asphalt industries advantageous but not
essential
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Adhere to the company’s safe working practices
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- CSR Card desirable but not essential
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills
