**About this role**:
Wells Fargo is seeking an EMEA Regional Resiliency Officer.

**In this role, you will**:

- Coordination of the regions' business continuity response during live events with support from the Regional Crisis Manager (RCM)
- Responsible for the EMEA IM process, ensuring the regions IM playbooks are in line with enterprise master playbooks, kept current and distributed appropriately
- Lead and facilitate simulations and walkthroughs within the London campus and assist other regional teams with simulations and walkthroughs
- Responsible for the EMEA Playbook ensuring all the information is in line with enterprise master playbook, kept current and distributed appropriately
- As the SME for BR in EMEA, represent the region at internal meetings and drive / implement appropriate change, in line with other regions and with enterprise approval
- Responsible for the maintenance and testing of the recovery sites, working closely with Technology to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Responsible for the BR deliverables and routines ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. Ensuring regional adherence to BR strategy, policy, methodologies, and use of appropriate tools
- Setting the yearly schedule for all the Exercise & Maintenance for each BCP under the remit of the Regional Resiliency Officer
- Regional SME of the enterprise business continuity system of record and emergency notification tool
- Liaison and coordination with the regional Business Resilience Coordinators including the chairing of monthly meetings
- Approval of two local BC Plans, review of BIAs and Functional Exercises that include EMEA activities and ownership of location emergency notification plans
- Maintain close working relationships with the business continuity second line of defense, including IRM, compliance and RCM
- Support audit requests
- Providing input and supporting with the OR reporting, to provide a consolidated view to EMEA leadership via governance forums / committees and legal entity boards, alerting stakeholders on critical points for attention.

**Required Qualifications, International**:

- Experience executing Business Resilience Control Frameworks within financial services. Experience executing Operational Resilience Frameworks desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of managing incidents across multiple countries, lines of business and support functions.
- Understanding of the banking industry's regulatory requirements on Operational Resilience (e.g., BoE supervisory statement, European DORA, BCBS papers on resilience and risk).
- Good knowledge of Business Continuity, IT Continuity and Audit methodology and concepts.
- Proven effectiveness in developing relationships and fostering partnerships with stakeholders spread across multiple geographic locations.
- Experienced at addressing a senior audience on complex topics combined with an ability to perform detailed data and trend analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal), with an ability to express views clearly & fluently, consider the audience, avoiding technical jargon where necessary & appropriate
- Ability to manage workload to meet realistic targets and priorities, demonstrating a high-level of commitment and self-motivation, combined with enthusiasm and a genuine interest in resilience.
- Effective change leader with strong organisational skills who is self-motivated and drive to 'take ownership' of tasks and situations

- Industry Certification e.g.: MBCI / DRII
