Key Responsibilities:
Quoting Process:
Efficiently process and quote incoming requests from trade customers.

Analyse project specifications, including materials, dimensions, and customisation requirements.

Customer Interaction:
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers through clear and friendly communication.

Address customer enquiries regarding quotes, product availability, and lead times in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail:
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all quotes, including pricing, quantities, and specifications.

Review quotes for consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve quote accuracy.

Organisational Skills:
Manage multiple quoting requests simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Maintain organised records of all quoting activities, including customer interactions and project details.

Coordinate with the sales team to prioritize quotes and follow up on leads.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the window and door, or building industry.

Strong understanding of window, door, and roof lantern products and installation processes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organisational and time management skills.
