We are looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to manage the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services to multiple customers whilst leading and motivating the operational management team. Will be looking after the following sites, Bristol, Avonmouth, Cardiff, Swansea, Gloucester, Swindon, Abingdon, Oxford ,Reading, Exeter, Bodmin and Plymouth

£28,000 per year

**Total package**:including company car allowance or mileage and performance bonus

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Hands on role. Occasional cleaning cover where alternative cover cannot not be arranged.
- Assist and perform deep cleans and ad hoc specialist cleans.
- Ensuring contractual SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved and maintained within the budget contractual terms.
- To coordinate with your counterparts in other Regions in respect of contracts for which they are lead.
- Liaise with Accounts, Payroll and Head Office to maintain excellent customer service at site level.
- Producing operational and financial reports with any other required reports to multiple clients and ensuring deadlines are adhered at all times.
- Adhere to procedure and process, on recruitment, selection and ensure background and vet checks are satisfactorily completed. Ensure in alignment with Company and Client policies, terms and conditions.
- To lead, motivate actively encourage team spirit and development.
- To be accountable for data and payroll information and relative documentation being with payroll for cut off and deadlines.
- Liaising and ensuring the budget controls are in place and followed. Collecting data from the monthly management reports and highlighting any issues
- Communicate effectively with both the client TFS Group senior management team, sub-ordinate cleaning staff and sub-contractors daily.
- To ensure that all necessary resources, materials and machines are available and on site and maintained to contract specification.
- To prepare work orders for one off work and raise purchase orders in line with authorisation levels.
- To carry out site QA inspections in line with Company or specific client requirements/ specification and satisfaction and complete relevant paperwork and meet deadlines.
- To be accountable and to respond to all relevant corrective actions or help desk issues appropriately within the designated time scales and complete all necessary documentation.
- To manage the company site pack/ staff files to ensure they contain all the relevant and up to date company documentation.
- To be accountable for the implementation and adherence to all Company Health and Safety policies, procedures, and instructions and to confirm their effectiveness through planned Health & Safety audits and regular reviews.
- To recognise the potential for growth within the contract and for new business.
- To ensure all sites are performing effectively and maintain customer satisfaction and in accordance to all Company Health and Safety policies
- Ensure operations meet all statutory requirements and all operational policies and procedures are maintained to comply with business requirements.
- Ensure that the performance, development, and training needs of all operational staff are effectively managed and provided for.
- Ensure that all business targets and objectives are achieved
- Ensure clients are meet face to face on a weekly/monthly basis and minutes are recorded.
- Ensure operations meetings are carried out and minutes are provided to senior management

- Experience and knowledge of dealing with HR issues (Essential)
- P&L Management & budget control (Essential)
- Report writing for multiple clients (Essential)
- Good communication (Essential)
- Excellent IT skills and background of producing reports (Essential)
- Well organised and disciplined (Essential)
- Team Player able to Lead and motivate (Essential)
- Strong leadership, well developed people management skills (Essential)
- Excellent customer relationship, project management skills. (Essential)
- A sound knowledge of relevant health & safety procedures, and commitment to ensuring work is carried out to the highest safety standard (Essential)
- Window cleaning background (Desirable)
- UK Driving License (Essential)
