We are looking for a part time Dispensary Assistant or ACT to join our team in our Concourse Way pharmacy.

This days for this role will be 3 days one week, 2.5 days the next. Specific hours and working pattern will be discussed further at the interview.

The role will include:

- Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager
- Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently, by asking appropriate questions, following the Standard Operating Procedures for Sale of Medicines and Supporting Self-care.
- To maintain the pharmacy to a high standard.
- To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately.
- Have previous community pharmacy dispensing experience and be qualified to at least NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services
- Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team

We are looking for a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, highly organised and be passionate about helping people.

There may be the opportunity to take part in our excellent training and development programme, so that you are confident in providing expert advice on our medicines, professional services and general healthcare.

Salary for all positions is dependent on previous experience.
