Pertemps have an exciting opportunity within Harrow Council for a self-driven and motivated Mayor's temporary chauffeur & macebearer to join an expanding team.
The role of Mayor's temporary chauffeur & macebearer has a competitive pay rate of £15.68
per hour PAYE. Other benefits include excellent training and support for career development and 21 days of holiday (excluding Bank Holidays).
The Main Purpose of Mayor's temporary chauffeur & macebearer:
" Chauffeurs the Mayor to and from Mayoral Engagements
" Acts as Macebearer on an occasional basis
" Ensures the role is carried out in a professional and timely manner, as well as safeguarding the Mayoral insignia, the Mayor, and the Mayor's car, and checking traffic routes before collection time for the mayor.
" The driver is required during the day as well as required to take the Mayor to evening events - there are no set times, and the driver is required on an as-and-when basis.
