**Charnwood College have an amazing and unique opportunity for a Netball Coach. **The Trust is passionate about sport and we’re looking for someone to improve participation, performance, and opportunities for our pupils. Whether you are new to coaching or have many years’ experience.

**About the role**

The role, based out of Loughborough but with the option to work across the David Ross Education Trust, will have responsibility for improving performance within our Sixth Form Netball Academy, alongside enhancing participation and provision across years 7 - 10. In addition, the requirement to improve performance within our Sixth Form Netball Academy and enhance participation and provision across years 7 - 10 netball clubs, teams and Charnwood Comets.

Depending on hours and availability, the coach may also run Trust Wide Netball opportunities including masterclasses, development days, trust competitions and All Stars.

**Who we are looking for**

Coaching qualification or significant experience within Netball

Passion for Netball which could be drawn on to benefit the academy and pupils.

Excellent organisation and communication skills

Ability to plan, organise and deliver meaningful coaching sessions.

Willing to undertake additional NGB coaching qualifications.

Experience of working in schools

Holder of a current first aid qualification, or willingness to undertake training.

Holder of a current safeguarding qualification, or willingness to undertake training.
