- As we expand our business, we are looking to recruit a full time Estate and Letting Agent based across our Kirkintilloch and Milngavie office.

This role would suit an individual looking to progress in a Sales and Lettings environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate how to run an efficient and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. It will also be a crucial part of the role to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market for sale and gain positive outcomes for all clients.

**What you will be doing**
- Generating new business in a target driven environment
- Dealing with Sales and Lettings offers and negotiations
- Canvassing for new business
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients both face to face and over the phone
- Arranging viewings and appraisals
- Take feedback and inform our clients
- Assist with property management on behalf of landlords
- Book relevant contractors to maintain decorations and repairs of the property
- Liaise with tenants and landlords and solicitors
- Qualifying buyers and letting applicants
- Preparing properties both to sell and to let
- Building Relationships and finding solutions
- Ensure all Letting Safety Certificates are in place prior to tenany.
- Identifying new ways to improve customer experience

**What you will bring to the role**
- Estate Agency experience preferably a Lister, Valuer or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales negotiator or Estate Agent looking for progression
- Passion about working in a sales environment
- A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer service
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Good time management skills
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Decision maker
- Proficient on IT (Microsoft Office, Jupix, Internet and Social Media)
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- Effective team working skills with a flexible and positive approach to working both in a team and independently
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a growing business

**What you need to know**

The role is based in between our Kirkintilloch and Milngavie office. This is a full-time role, and you will be required to work 140 hours a month. Our business hours are 9am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)

This a permanent role with a 3 month probation period.

Interviews will be conducted face to face.
