We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Technician at a family run business in Brackley.
Paying £32,000.00 to £34,000.00 per year.
Key Responsibilities:

- To work alongside Senior Technician to ensure orders are sent out, quickly and efficiently
- Liaise with Warehouse Manager and or Warehouse Supervisor in the absence of the Senior Technician
- Complete housekeeping daily
- Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health, and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements - also to ensure others follow these policies
Skills / Experience
- Previous experience of working with technical equipment
- Ability to work in a technical environment - an understanding of parts
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Working to high levels of customer service - customer is King
- Experience of working with people
- Excellent problem solving and critical analysis skills with attention to detail
- Be process driven
- Passionate about the work you do, with the energy and drive to motivate the team around you
- Full driving licence
- Forklift licence preferred, but not essential.
Hours of work
7.30am to 5pm - Monday to Friday
Two 15-minute tea breaks to be taken between 10am - 10.45am and 3pm - 3.45pm, to be alternated with colleagues so Warehouse is always manned.
