As a Senior Product Designer specializing in Mobile Application Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings. You will understand the company vision and adhere to the highest quality standards to create mobile experiences that truly stand out.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with product management and design leadership to develop and execute on a comprehensive design strategy for Atlas' mobile experience, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends
- Own the end-to-end design process from ideation to usability testing post development
- Follow industry best practices to create intuitive, usable and engaging visual experiences for mobile
- Actively engage in gathering and defining requirements by teaming up with the product team, internal stakeholders and end users
- Collaborate with other designers, design leadership, and cross-functional partners to build out design processes and design systems, fostering a culture of UX innovation and excellence
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, Computer Science, or a related field, ideally with a technical background
- Several years of successful contribution as a mobile product/UX designer
- Ability to understand the big picture of a complex system paired with great attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on a combination of business needs, user feedback, technical constraints and affordances, and industry best practices
- A design portfolio demonstrating mobile app designs from concept to ship
