Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Assistant to join our team. As an Architectural Assistant, you will work closely with our senior designers to assist in the design and development of various exciting architectural projects UK-wide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior designers to develop architectural designs and plans
- Assist in creating detailed drawings, models, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, VRAY, Photoshop and the like.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Participate in site visits and inspections to gather information for project development
- Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials for client meetings
- Contribute to the overall design process by providing innovative ideas and solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency and confidence in the following software: AutoCAD and Sketchup
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: From £21,600.00 per year
