You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be efficient and organised with a keen attention to detail, as well as the ability to think for yourself A background of working in customer service orientated roles would be an advantage as well as a keen interest and awareness of health and wellbeing.

The position is part time with option for overtime and extra shift work. The work is temporary to cover our Centre Manager's sabbatical with option to extend to permanent work with our extension within our clinic. General administrative support and assistance to the practice team and clinic director is needed to ensure patients receive the high quality service the practice is known for, and ensuring the practice runs smooth and efficiently at all times.

Duties include: managing front desk, greeting patients, booking appointments, processing payments, processing insurance invoices, answering calls and queries, general administration, invoicing, ordering and stock control, provide administrative support for the practitioners in the practice, light cleaning duties and cashing up.

You must be able to take initiative and be able to work on your own as well as with others.

Hours required:
Monday: 7:30-13:30

Tuesday: 13:30-19:30

Wednesday: 7:30-13:30

Friday: 7:30-13:30

Pay depending on skill set and experience. The role is open to someone who is new to the role of Chiropractic Assistant, and is equally open to applicants with previous management work. The pay will reflect your experience.

Qualifications and Skills

You must:

- Be fluent in both spoken and written English language
- Have a 'can do', positive attitude with a cheerful fun personality
- Have initiative and be able to work on your own as well as with others
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a strong customer service and administrative background
- Be computer literate with experience and confidence using computerised diary management
- Be able to grasp new concepts, be adaptable and able to multi-task

Start date will be middle of June 2023, but training will start around 3-4 weeks prior.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.50 per hour
