Head Housekeeper

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Handle resident complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
- Schedule staff shifts and assign duties efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hopsitality, hotels or care homes is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
