- Assist with the installation of utilities such as water and sewer lines
- Perform manual labor including digging trenches and laying pipe
- Operate hand tools such as shovels, picks, and hammers
- Assist with the pouring of concrete and asphalt
- Maintain a clean and safe work area

**Skills**:

- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
