**Helpdesk Administrator**:
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Barking

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at a secondary school in Barking. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

**Key Activities**:

- Reporting to the Administration Supervisor
- Receive calls, log onto Maximo, pass jobs through to operational staff and report back to the customer
- Support the planned maintenance programme for all departments by scheduling jobs to PDAs and updating the systems
- To advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements, and to check validity of sub-contractors advice notes and invoices.
- Deal with invoice queries quickly and efficiently
- To assist with correspondence, reports, tenders, presentations, etc.
- To organise meetings for the Facilities Management team and take minutes
- To provide administrative support to the team, dealing with operational support procedures and all enquiries
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- First class customer service skills ideally with experience in a similar role
- Experience in Hard and Soft Facilities Management and Maximo CAFM system is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to deal with people at all levels with confidence
- Ability to work as part of a team
