**The Opportunity**

Working in the front office team as a Night Team Member, you are a key factor and have a big responsibility within the Hotel. Your job is to keep the Hotel running smoothly, making sure all the guests are comfortable, and safe and assisting with all customers’ requests throughout the night. As a Night Team Member, you will need to make sure the hotel is running smoothly and effectively. In this role, you will have the ability to grow your career and give customers the best experience in staying in one of our excellent venues.

- Proven experience of working in a customer-facing role, such as F&B, reception, meeting & events, housekeeping, etc. Ideally gained within the hospitality sector
- Previous night working experience,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. With the ability to work under pressure
- Strong Organisation and Planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
- Fully flexible with working hours/shifts
- Possess a can-do attitude.

**Hotel**

The Holiday Inn Cambridge is ideally set by a lake in Impington offering peaceful stays in rolling countryside just 2 miles from central Cambridge colleges, shops museums and theatres. The hotel offers 100 bedrooms and a selection of dining facilities including Junction Restaurant and Bar and lobby lounge.

The hotel also has an Academy conference centre which has 10 meeting rooms and an extensive health & fitness club. This peaceful hotel is truly a home away from home.
