QUALIFICATIONS:
**Experience within a busy sourdough or artisanal bakery environment.**

A passion for real bread and how its made

An appreciation for creativity, aesthetics and presentation of food.

A TROVE BAKER MUST BE ABLE TO:
Work and maintain a clean environment

Contribute to seasonal product planning, costings and specials

Keep up to date with health and safety and due diligence

Perform under pressure and deliver excellent customer service consistently

Demonstrate a passion for quality food and drink.

Flexible to work evening, late nights, early mornings and weekends on rota basis
