**The Role**:
We are recruiting for an exciting role with a local produce company as Production Operative. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a team on site. This role will involve a variety of tasks such as washing, trimming, grading, and packing up the harvested produce - ensuring that the produce is all good quality and suitable to be put to sale in local shops.

**Please Note**: Working hours are variable, from 07:00 (until 18:00-19:00 depending on business needs.) No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided. be Full and Part time hours are available across Monday to Saturday
What will be your primary responsibilities?
" Manually handling goods and packets
" Working part of a team to ensure efficiencies and production SLAs are met
" Stacking boxes onto pallets
" Checking products meet quality standards
" Comply with all health & safety, QA, and technical procedures
" Reporting any faults which affect the efficient running of food quality production
" Reporting any contaminated produce to your Line Leader immediately

" Happy to work long hours during peak demand
" Be reliable, punctual, and hard working
" Be a flexible worker with an enthusiastic "can do" approach to work
" Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ensure that all our products are of the highest quality, working in an efficient and timely manner.
" Strong work ethic and resilience
" Competent in working in warehouse environment (Graduates will be considered)
