Sales Progressor

**Sales Progressor - Purley - £30,000-£35,000 Salary + Bonuses work from home**

**Do you have experience in residential sales progression either as an estate agent or an existing sales progressor? If you do, we would love to talk to you**

Our client is a multi-branch independent Estate Agency with a fantastic reputation in and around the area. They are looking for a tenacious, organised Sales Progressor to join their friendly team to manage a pipeline of around 70-80 properties at one timewith **Hybrid** working also available. This role is for someone who has the ability to prioritise their workload, be extremely persistent whilst also being 100% dedicated to offering clients an exceptional service. The office has a great feelwith a very supportive and down-to-earth Director making this the perfect environment to be a part of.

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion
- Liaising with purchasers, vendors, solicitors and other estate agents and delivering a high level of service
- Communicating effectively with the sales team
- Developing client relationships
- Managing client’s expectations and assisting where necessary

**The Package**:

- Salary £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience plus bonuses
- Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30
- Work from home a few days a week
- Part of a fantastic team with very exciting future plans

**Please note you must have either previous experience running your own sales as an estate agent OR be an existing sales progressor to be considered for this role.
