**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and delivery of multiple video projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and are delivered on time, within budget.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to maximise and creatively develop branded content across all platforms.
- Engage in the presale process including building presentation decks, pitching to clients, and planning pre-production activities such as budget scoping and production timelines.
- Identify and resolve potential issues, manage resources, and coordinate teams and external parties throughout the production phases.
- Oversee the campaign management process end-to-end, from planning shoots with production and design teams to managing post-production activities.
- Innovate and improve production practices, embracing new, creative ways to enhance workflow efficiency and content quality.
- Provide video support across the wider brand network, assisting other teams in meeting their project timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in branded content production, preferably within a digital media or production company.
- Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of video formats including animated, live, and social content.
- Extensive network within the industry, including directors, editors, designers, animators, and other technical crew.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- Creative flair with a strong grasp of short-form branded content and filming techniques.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for creating engaging social content, with an understanding of different platforms and user engagement.
- Familiarity with sports content, particularly football and rugby, is a plus.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
