Classroom Recruiters is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Special Needs 1:1 Teaching Assistants on behalf of a fantastic school in the Burton area.

We are looking for a total of 3 TA's in total to work in this fun and inclusive environment.You must be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children that have special needs.

**Position**: Special Needs 1:1 Teaching Assistant
**Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000 - £21,000 (Take home)

**Benefits**: School holidays off and paid for
**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:15 (early finish on Fridays)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with a child diagnosed with autism on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
- Engage in group activities to promote social interaction and collaborative learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:15 (with an early finish on Fridays).
- Commitment to a full-time, permanent position.
- While a background in special needs is not mandatory, it would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for contributing to the development of children with special educational needs.
