Due to company development and growth, I’m supporting a manufacturer based out of Altrincham to recruit for a Project Delivery Engineer, initially on a 6 month temporary assignment, with the potential for the role to become permanent after that period.
- 39 hours a week - (early finish Friday) - Flexible Working
- Commutable from Multiple locations around Manchester
- Opportunity to stay permanently
- Hybrid working (can work 3 days from home)

This role helps to coordinate, organise and administer all projects and programs, and provides support to the PM team to help ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met, and that projects are successfully delivered.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding and experience of construction/Engineering industry projects
- Formal project management qualification.
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Knowledge of SAP B1.

**Duties**:

- Ensuring all project documentation and invoicing are kept up to date.
- Attending project review meetings and recording actions and areas for improvement.
- Assigning tasks and controlling schedules.
- Monitoring and reporting of project budgets.
- Assisting the Project Delivery Managers (PDMs) in the production and maintenance of project plans.
- Providing daily support to the PDMs and wider project and functional teams, as directed.
- Managing project documentation and contracts, raising issues and implementing changes to contracts.
- Collating and presenting project data for analysis by PDMs and project teams.
- Supporting the PDMs to keep track of the document delivery schedule, ensuring drawings and documents are uploaded to customer portal on time and in correct format (QA requirement, version control).
- Ensuring all project-related information in SAP B1 system is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintaining risk and issue logs, and change control records.
- Documenting procedures in accordance with agreed methodology
- Liaising with professionals, contractors, sub-contractors and other external stakeholders.
- Liaising with the customer to provide project updates.
