The Refuge Family Support Worker will provide sensitive and effective advocacy for our residents and offer a programme of individual support to ensure the needs of women and children are met. Working alongside refuge staff under the direct management of the refuge manager she will uphold high standards of confidentiality to protect the rights of residents within the refuge.

The Refuge Family Support Worker will provide assistance and accurate information on current legislation relating to benefits, housing and legal services.
