Lead Talent are excited to announce they are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable and highly skilled social and digital marketer to join our busy Brand Team. The position is initially a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave starting in November 2021.

The position is full-time but part-time hours would be considered for the right person.

Working alongside the Head of Brand and Brand Director you will be a real cornerstone of the team ensuring that all active projects run on time and as planned. Workload is split between both clients (around 75%) and internal marketing initiatives. Rollingup your sleeves and getting stuck in is all part of working at Lead Talent

You will be creative, digitally savvy, CMS literate (WordPress) and well versed in the use of Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Survey Monkey and Mailchimp, and be able to advise clients on their SEO optimisation. You should also be well versedin new emerging social media, Meta suite savvy and able to build strong partnerships with our digital partners to build effective solutions that answers out client’s needs e.g. websites. Use of Adobe and Illustrator is desirable.

Operationally you will be able to spot a spelling mistake a mile away and draw up and manage critical paths ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

Lead Talents unique proposition across Strategy, Talent (attraction and development) and Brand is promoted through the work that we undertake as a Brand Team. This includes:
**Lead Talent**:

- Capable of conceiving, building and delivering an effective multi-channel strategy to raise awareness of Lead Talent work and our thought leadership with current clients, potential clients and relevant wider media.
- Building effective social media recruitment campaigns (with a particular focus on LinkedIn).
- Management of all social channels on Hootsuite and/or suitable social media management platforms.
- Content Management of Website via WordPress including basic structural changes.
- Effective management of Meta business suite including paid for advertising.
- Management of online surveys using Survey Monkey.
- Content generation and editing of all activity undertaken by team (video and imagery)
- Management of Mail outs (Mailchimp).
- Reporting back on trends, Google Analytics activity and making recommendations using insight on a monthly basis.

**Client**:

- Able to offer clear consultancy advice on social and digital channels based on relevant experience / knowledge.
- Able to build an effective social media strategy to deliver against client’s business objectives with relevant KPI’s.
- Able to optimise our client’s online presence through a robust knowledge of SEO.
- Confident understanding and experience of using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite using key insights to drive meaningful change.
- Able to brief, plan and deliver a new client website from conception to go live, on time and on budget.
- Robust experience in using WordPress to populate website templates once designed and built.
- Effective implementation and reporting on Linked In, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter advertising in line with key objectives and KPI’s

A full UK driving license and own transport is essential, due to our somewhat remote location.

Solid understanding and experience of using Adobe programs, WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience of using a Mac is critical. A love of a Colin Caterpillar is also highly desirable

The Money Salary circa £28k pro rata.
