Welfare Cleaner

**JOB TITLE: WELFARE CLEANER**

**LOCATION: Truro, TR1**

We are currently recruiting Experienced Cleaners for the truro area. Applicants must have experience of working on construction sites. This is a new build development project.
- You must be reliable
- Be able to work as part of a team or independently if / when required
- Competitive rates of pay dependent on experience
- Sub contract basis if preferred (short term only/ upto 12 weeks)

Minimum requirements

CSCS Card, DBS

Schedule:

- 9 Hour Shift - however extra hours and weekends will be available.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend work available
- Immediate start available

References will be required.

**Salary**: From £12.00 to 14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
