Warehouse Operative

We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Ilchester factory site.
You will participate in a small team to ensure the smooth running of the busy Warehouse department.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
Competently undertake all the responsibilities and activities of entry-level, plus, additional responsibilities associated with semi-skilled;
- Loading and unloading of lorries
- Taking bookings calls
- Daily fit checks
- Weekly racking inspection checks
- Random stock checks and date checking as defined by the warehouse manager
- Working knowledge of the ERP system so that you can perform the following tasks:Booking in goods in materials

Dispatching finished goods
Stock location and relocations (under supervision until competent)
Stock counts (under supervision until competent)

Quality assurance
- Dating goods in
- Carrying out temperature checks
- Foreign body checks
- Label procedures
- Recording of all incoming and outgoing goods for any future audit trails and traceability issues

This is a Monday to Thursday Role, working alternative shift Patterns:
Week 1 : 5am to 3pm - Monday to Thursday

Week 2: 2.45pm to 1am - Monday to Wednesday & 2.45pm-12am on Thursday

Hours worked after 10pm or before 6am carry with it a £3.25 Night Shift premium on top of the hourly rate.

**Salary**: From £12.05 per hour

- 10 hour shift
