**Workshop Administrator**

Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for a Workshop Administrator on a temporary basis, this role is to cover maternity leave for 12 months. It is a part time position, 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9.00am-17.30pm

**Main duties of the Workshop Administrator role;**
- Process and scan job cards daily- Cover service advisors sickness and holidays- Book MOT tests for customers and create kerridge bookings- Ensure all overflow calls are answered-
- Carry out pre calls to customers who are booked in- Achieve target month end WIP levels and nil warranty write-offs- Support with housekeeping duties and the service admin office**Skills required for this Workshop Administrator role;**
- Team player- Previous motor trade experience would be an advantage- A high level of customer service- Must be computer literate- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment- Ability to communicate on all levels**Benefits of this Workshop Administrator role;**
